As a customer, I found the range of pool products offered by this company to be quite satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the lack of detailed product descriptions on their website. It would have been helpful to have more information to make an informed decision. Additionally, the checkout process was a bit confusing, and I had trouble applying a discount code. On the positive side, the delivery was prompt, and the customer service representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful in resolving my discount code issue. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🏊‍♂️
