I recently ordered linens from their website and was impressed with the quality and variety of colors available. However, I found the checkout process to be a bit confusing, and the shipping time was longer than expected. On a positive note, the customer service team was helpful in resolving a small issue with my order. The products themselves are great, but the overall experience left me feeling indifferent. Hopefully, they can improve their website and shipping process in the future. 😉👍
