I recently interacted with a certain company responsible for employment and social security matters in the Netherlands. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was helpful in finding the information I needed. However, when I contacted the customer service, the response time was longer than expected and the representative seemed uninformed about certain topics. It would be great to see better training and more efficient communication from this company. Overall, the website provided valuable resources, but the customer service could be improved.
