Technochim s.a. is an average company. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but the customer service could be improved. I have been a customer for a while and although I haven't faced any major issues, there have been a few instances where my queries were not handled efficiently. Overall, I would say they are a decent company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
