First time caller...I was trying to reach the traf...

First time caller...I was trying to reach the traffic ticket office at 3:56 P.M and she said they already closed for the day. I ask if I can have their direct number for next time and she did gave it to me...I said Thank You and she just hung up as soon as she said the last telephone number! She's sound so rude! And have no manner for her old age! She just there to pick up the phone just to gets pay and have no choices to picks, but to answer the call and ruling someone else Day. You MEAN old lady! Because of you this place have a bad reputation!
