I recently contacted a real estate group to assist me in finding a property and decided to give Ksa Real Estate Group a try. I must say, my experience was average at best. While their website was well-designed and easy to navigate, the overall service lacked the personalized touch I was hoping for. The agents seemed more interested in rushing through the process rather than taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Additionally, the response time was not impressive, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or any substantial assistance. On the positive side, they did provide a decent range of property options to choose from. Overall, I would rate my experience with Ksa Real Estate Group as average.
