Really friendly staff, had a 20:00 appointment and arrived at 13:00. they open at 16:00 so they told me to park down the street and come back at 16:00. when I came back and checked in they told me that it's going to take some time and that they'll try to get it ready early but the chances are slim. let me park on their lot. drop my trailer and go eat. loading process was fast once started
