I have been a customer of Crescenta Valley Water District for years and I must say they have consistently provided excellent service. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and any issues I have had were promptly resolved. Their rates are also very reasonable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
