I just switched to her because she was so kind to help me get my contacts last year when she really didn t have too. I had exam with different doctor and my insurance changed no longer covering the place I went to. I was in a real bind needless to say. I literally called three other places who flat out refused to fill the contacts since I did not have exam there and were very rude about it nonetheless.
I call Dr Filips and she listened to the problem and knowing I did not have any left just asked me to fax over prescription. That is a doctor who cares about her patients and is not just after the monetary gain. I made my next exam and was able to finally meet the woman with the big heart and she was truly sweet. Her staff was just as wonderful. I highly recommend her five stars just aren t enough! You will not be disappointed.
