I recently stayed at a hotel and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, there were a few issues with the amenities. The hotel website mentioned a swimming pool and gym, but they were both closed for maintenance during my stay. It would have been helpful if this information was communicated in advance. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more based on the website description.
