I have been using Loklok for quite some time now and I can say that their service is average. While they have some good features, I find that there are a lot of areas that need improvement. The user interface is not very intuitive and the customer support can be slow to respond. Overall, I think Loklok has potential but they need to work on making their platform more user-friendly.
