Work with them for a long time, every time there is a problem. Bad customer service, never willing to help with an issue, charge in advance on credit card, cannot cancel the order, it is too late to cancel etc. Produce the order without sending print proof. No transparency on the billing issue, we receive invoice with total amount there is no breakdown of the charges.
Management are not providing any solution either, same as customer service agent.
