I recently had an average experience with Roar embassy. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was not up to the mark. It took them a long time to respond to my queries, and the response was not satisfactory. The delivery was also delayed, which was disappointing. I hope they work on improving their customer service and delivery time.
