I have been a customer of a housing association for a while now, and I must say that I am very pleased with their services. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The rate of their response to maintenance requests is excellent, and they always keep me informed about any updates or changes. Overall, I would rate them as excellent!
