Quite the most dissappointing experience after all...

Quite the most dissappointing experience after all the hype and advertising Emails.
3 emails now sent .... no reply .... called just now, 4.30pm UK time [they are 7 hours behind] no reply ... no answermachine?????????????
I had an invoice by email, then an email saying package had been sent ... then an envelope with an invoice inside arrived .... a serial number with no information?
the item was an Antares Autotune ..... not cheap ... but such bad, bad customer service. Never again!
