Went to Crank Factory @ Frontier to get my new climbing shoes. I m a relatively new climber and I had a budget in mind. The staff on duty, Julian, was super helpful in helping me find suitable beginner shoes while respecting the budget I had. Knowing that it s my first purchase, he also shared the exchange/return policy just in case I didn t feel comfortable with the shoes I purchased.

Predictably, I wasn t comfortable with shoes I selected (air pockets) and went back on the second day to do an exchange. This time, Benjamin and a girl (didn t manage to get your name, I m sorry!) patiently assisted me with finding an alternative model while managing 2 other customers during their lunch hour. Very impressed with the overall professional service here, great job!! Plus, they have pretty good deals on their clearance shoes too!
