The service tech that came to my residence was very courteous but when i called their office to ask how much was i paying for the sump pump itself, they told me that they did not give the prices of materials to customers. Wow!! Have you ever had your vehicle repaired at a shop to be told we can't tell you what labor is separately from the parts. I'm new to Grand Blanc. The people here must not value a dollar if someone can charge them for a job and say don't worry about the price of the parts. How arrogant is that??
