I went here when I was twelve, and I know they tried to help me in some capacity, but it was honestly a nightmare. I was put in a group therapy with kids who were several years younger, which was a huge mistake. I wasn't allowed to talk about half of the things I needed to talk about because the counsellors didn't want me to expose any of the others in the group to what I had experienced. It probably cost my parents a fortune, and all for something that didn't help me. If anything, it made me even more anxious and paranoid because I was basically taught that my issues were too "inappropriate".
