The past 6 months have been a NIGHTMARE. I have called for almost 2 1/2 months to get issues with insurance and escrow resolved due to loan transfer as of December 2016. Explaining what is plainly visible on paper shouldn't be hard and it has taken countless hours from my life to deal with the matter, not to mention an escrow analysis resulting in a loan payment increase of almost $200 a month. The google reviews speak for themselves. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, they definitely DO NOT practice due diligence.
