TIAA/LoanCare have taken my paperwork hostage! I have been requesting three statement periods so I can refinance with another bank due to LoanCare s awful reviews. No one can tell me where my paperwork is or when it will be transferred over so I can download it. TIAA and LoanCare are pointing fingers. I am missing out on great rates waiting for this to happen.

NOT TO MENTION, I get a letter indicating TIAA/ LoanCare is increasing my payments by $140.00 each month due to escrow!! That is pure BS!! Any Mortgage I have held has never gone up that much with any bank since I ve owned several houses.

I can t run away from TIAA/LoanCare fast enough!!
