Posted a position for 2 weeks; which I only received one application. The applicant was not even qualified for the position. Quality of candidates is low and not good. Stopped my posting and received charges, but never received invoices. I have attempted to email and call Jobs2Careers to obtain invoice. As a business can't have a charge on a company card with no invoice. Months later, still no reply.
