I participated in the Higher Ambition Program, and it was an okay experience. The program offered some useful insights into leadership, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The trainers were knowledgeable, but the sessions lacked the interactive and engaging factor that I was hoping for. I appreciated the opportunity to connect with other professionals, but overall, it was an average program in my opinion.
