Recently had a great meal at a local Mongolian grill. The food was superb, and the concept of creating your own stir-fry was both fun and delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The only downside was the limited vegetarian options available, but the quality of the ingredients made up for it. Definitely a must-try if you're a fan of Mongolian cuisine.
