I must say that my experience with Brownie Point has been quite average. The customer service is decent, but the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. The brownies I ordered were dry and lacked flavor. I was disappointed that they didn't live up to the hype. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Brownie Point if you're looking for exceptional treats.
