I had a scary experience with my accident. It was my first accident ever with my 20 years of driving and I had no clue what to do or say when it all happened. Luckily I was referred to Alex Tofer and it was the best decision I could've made! Alex immediately took care of me. They scheduled my chiropractor (with the MOST WONDERFUL Chiropractor btw) and they scheduled my pain management. Throughout the entire process I felt he knew exactly what he was doing, he listened, guided me, and genuinely cared for me. I never once felt like I was just simply another case or another dollar sign. Every single time I had to get a hold of him, or had a question, or needed an update on anything, Alex was easy to get a hold of. If I didn't catch him on the first call, then he would immediately either called, texted or emailed me. He was on top of it and I never paid a single dime out of pocket; he handled my medical bills, car rental, and deductible. In the end, I received a great settlement and I highly recommend him.
