I recently started working with T Y Ocean INC and so far, my experience has been average. The company provides a decent work environment and good benefits, but there is some room for improvement. The management is often slow to respond to employee concerns and the communication between different departments can be better. Overall, I would say that T Y Ocean INC is an okay company to work for.
