I recently purchased some painting supplies from a website that I found online. The products were of good quality and arrived in a timely manner. The prices were reasonable, and I was happy with my purchase. However, I did not have a good experience with the customer service. I had a question about one of the products, and when I reached out to the customer service team, they were not very helpful. They seemed inexperienced and were not able to provide me with the information I needed. This was quite frustrating as I needed the answer in order to complete my project. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, but the customer service experience left much to be desired.
