Typical company that buys debts, it does not matter if those debts exist or not, because their business consists of extorting, threatening and of course harassing weak people, such as elderly people ... They only contact by phone, no letters nor in writing (it will be for something). To get in touch with them is impossible, I don't recommend it either because nothing they can ask of you is real. Its legal basis is NULL!
