Recruiter contacted myself and my boss several day...

Recruiter contacted myself and my boss several days in a row. When trying to callback, the recruiter did not answer the phones and I made several attempts to reach her. I also tried calling the main office number and they did not pick up. The voicemail box was not even setup when trying to leave a message! Seems extremely unprofessional and also poorly represents a company that is trying to have you move jobs. Seems shady that they are trying to poach employees and their supervisors at the exact same time.
