I recently went on a trip with Globus holidays and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my queries. The accommodations provided were also just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, an okay experience, but I expected more from a reputable company like Globus holidays.
