I tried Bikram Yoga at Bikram Yoga Va Bch At Sndbrdge for the first time and it was an amazing experience! The studio is clean and the instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive. I enjoyed the warm environment in the heated room. The sequence of poses was challenging but also refreshing. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this studio to others.
