EDIT: This review is not actually based on a technician's performance. Rob was great. I believe there was a scheduling error due to repeated calls over my estimate. The upselling comes from everyone. But overall, I'm happy.

Pros: Professional, punctual, friendly, quality parts and service. They seem happy to share their knowledge with homeowners.

Cons: You have to dodge lots of up-selling. My appointment day/time got mixed up a minor frustration as I m able to be a little flexible.
