I have been a customer of Universal Outlets Inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes them a while to process orders. Overall, I would say that they are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
