I had a mixed experience with Impulsesoft. While their products were of good quality, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The support staff was unresponsive and lacked knowledge. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into their products, which are definitely a step above the competition. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
