I ordered a part from you in the store on 26.05. Before ordering, I contacted your hotline to make sure that the part will fit my vacuum cleaner. In the conversation, the consultant informed me, in response to my question about the date of the contract, that it is up to 5 business days. On the fourth day of ordering, by calling the hotline, I received information first that due to coronavirus the lead time is longer, and then the consultant admitted that the part is still unpacked because you probably do not have it in stock. I emphasize that at the stage of informing whether the part will fit my vacuum cleaner, I was not provided with information about the extended deadline for the contract or about shortages in stock. 29.05. I canceled my order. I could only do it by email, because the consultant insisted that I could not do it talking to him, Another minus for this store because in every other store such things are possible when talking to an online consultant. In the e-mail sent on 29.05 I asked for a refund, until 16.06. I did not receive them, and from the consultant I learned that they do not know when the return will occur because the person responsible is at the meeting, and I work remotely and I have to wait for the refund.
