I've been attending Pilates classes for a while now and I have to say that Pilates Hudson is one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are friendly and professional, and the classes are challenging but enjoyable. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. I always leave feeling energized and refreshed. I highly recommend Pilates Hudson!
