My wife and I sat at a table on the terrace. In half a minute a female waiter appeared and told us (I repeat "told", not "asked politely") to leave the table because there were two people before us waiting. I was more than surprised; I told her that is impossible, we didn't skip any waiting line since there wasn't any. We did not see anyone waiting at the entrance for a table. We just saw an empty table, no reserved sign on it, and sat, just like we did on several occasions here and in other places. The reply was: "You didn't see them because they were inside and had reservation". "Then, place a "reserved" card on the table but don't order people to leave the table" I said. She replied, to my wander: "We don't do reservations, that's why we don't place cards on the tables" Not even a lousy "sorry" for the rude approach and lack of manners, nothing. Way to go! Lack of respect for the clients, arrogance & indifference.
