BEWARE - If you purchased your Mini from another dealership, you are SOL. My car is currently a hazard to drive and the warranty part that needs to be replaced is on back order. I was told, by the service manager, that they only supply loaners and help if you purchased your mini from them. I felt like every concern was brushed off and they just wanted to get me out of there in order to deal with their other customers. I was told that only Corporate could help me, they then gave me wrong numbers, and when I spoke to corporate was informed that this is an independently owned dealership and that they are the ones responsible to offer help. Once again proving that they don't care about all of their customers.
