Penn Records Management is an average company. Their services are decent, but I feel like there are better options out there. I have used their document storage service for a few years now, and while they have done a decent job of keeping my files secure, their customer service lacks a personal touch. The rates are also a bit on the higher side compared to some of their competitors. Overall, I would rate them as average.
