The service provided by Purifoy & Mitchell was average. The technicians were knowledgeable and resolved the electrical issue I was having. However, the customer service could have been better. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and the communication could have been clearer. Overall, I think they have room for improvement in terms of customer service.
