Horrible. They role me my bus was an hour late. After waiting the hour a driver came out and started a bus that had been there long before I was. Being an hour late, I missed my connection, and now am 3 hours from my start, yet been travbeling for 16. Now, they say they can't fix my ticket, and have to wait 12 hours for my connection. Horrible.
