As a customer of Bank Of Changsha, I must say that their service is average. I have been with them for a few years now, and I can't say that I am impressed. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the overall experience is just okay. There have been a few instances where I have had issues with my account, and it took quite some time to get them resolved. I expected better from a well-established bank like Bank Of Changsha. However, I appreciate their efforts in keeping my financial information safe and secure.
