I have been utilizing the services of Stat Doctors for my telemedicine needs, and I must say they have been average at best. The doctors are knowledgeable, but the overall experience lacks the wow factor. The website is user-friendly, but I feel like it could use some improvements. The customer support team needs to be more responsive and attentive. In my opinion, Stat Doctors can step up their telemedicine game.
