I tried out Society W's matchmaking service and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The matches I received were not suitable for me and there was a lack of chemistry. I felt like the service was not personalized enough and the matches were quite generic. Additionally, the customer service was not very responsive and it took a while to get any assistance.
