I have mixed feelings about General Ledger Resources. On one hand, I found their website to be comprehensive and informative. It had all the resources I needed for my ledger management. On the other hand, their customer service was not up to par. The responses to my queries were slow, and I often felt unheard. It left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. However, their quality of work is good, and the website is easy to navigate. Overall, I would say it's a decent option, but they need to improve their customer service.
