Addison Wesley Longman, INC is an average company. The customer service is satisfactory, but there is nothing particularly outstanding about their products. I have used some of their textbooks in the past, and while they were informative, they lacked a certain level of engagement. Overall, I would say that Addison Wesley Longman, INC is just an average company.
