Sanford Rod Traditional Karate is the best place to learn martial arts! 🥋 The instructors are highly skilled and passionate. They create a positive and motivating environment for all students. The classes are challenging but rewarding, and I've seen tremendous improvement in my skills since I started training here. The dojo has become like a second home to me, and I'm grateful for the knowledge and guidance I receive. I highly recommend it!
