I have never been here for service, however one Monday night I arrived to look at a vehicle with my partner (a pick-up truck specifically). There were lots of employees standing around chatting in front of the info desk and not once were we greeted. We spent about 15 minutes sitting in/looking through the Chevy Colorado and not once were we approached by anyone to see if we needed assistance. After the 15 minutes we chose to leave and go elsewhere.
