We recently worked with a recruitment agency for our talent acquisition needs. While they were able to find suitable candidates, their communication and responsiveness were not up to par. We felt the need for more frequent updates and clearer communication throughout the process. However, they ultimately helped us fill the open positions, albeit with some hiccups along the way.
