I recently started practicing hot yoga and it has been an amazing experience. Ritual Hot Yoga is a fantastic studio with great instructors and a welcoming environment. The classes are challenging but also adaptable to different levels. I appreciate the attention to detail in the poses and the focus on proper technique. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hot yoga practice!
